Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive damaged products, make sure to reach out to us and send us a video asap. So we can get the issue fixed for you.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@thaiglowstore.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@thaiglowstore.com and follow the return instructions you will receive.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

Shipping

All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, regardless of location. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged products may vary.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.

Refunds for Cosmetic Products
Because our products are cosmetic in nature, refunds are issued based on the condition and packaging of the items rather than on claimed usage outcomes.

The 14-day return period begins on the date your shipment is marked as delivered according to the tracking number.

International returns are at the customer’s expense for shipping & customs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service for any return, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items without tracking.

We aim to process approved refunds within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
